STUDIAZONE.COM Refund Policy

There are certain conditions to be considered when requesting a refund for a test bank purchased from our store.

Refund Eligibility:

You can request a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Delivery: If you have not received or downloaded the test bank.
  2. Major Defect: In case the file you received has a significant defect.
  3. Incomplete or Missing Chapters: If the file you received is incomplete or lacks some chapters.
  4. Transaction Error: If a transaction error occurred during payment, a refund will typically be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Refund Ineligibility:

You cannot request a refund in the following cases:

  1. Previous Returns: If you have previously returned a test bank from STUDIAZONE.COM Shop.
  2. Multiple Items: Requesting a refund for multiple items.

Accepted Refund Requests:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited back, depending on your bank’s or credit card issuer’s policy.

Abuse of Return Policy:

Studiazone.com reserves the right to reject and refuse to provide refunds to any individual for any reason not prohibited by law. This includes instances of abuse of our return policy.
